2. Direct Customer-Shop Transactions
All sales, negotiations, physical inspections, price agreements, payments, deliveries, and warranties occur directly and exclusively between the buyer and the respective shop owner. Manage Mobiles does not handle, receive, process, or escrow any payments.
3. Buyer Due Diligence & Judgment
All devices listed on this platform are listed on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis by independent shop owners. Prospective buyers are solely responsible for inspecting the device, verifying IMEI authenticity, checking purchase bills, testing hardware/battery, and exercising independent judgment before making any payment.
4. Complete Fraud & Liability Exemption
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manage Mobiles, its owners, operators, developers, and affiliates shall NOT be held legally liable, responsible, or charged for any fraud, misrepresentation, defective hardware, stolen property, non-delivery, payment disputes, or financial losses committed by either a buyer or a seller.
5. Indemnification & Acceptance
By using this platform or clicking "Buy Now" to contact a shop owner on WhatsApp, you acknowledge and agree that you engage in communication and transactions entirely at your own risk and judgment, and agree to hold Manage Mobiles harmless from any claims or disputes.
